Refund Policy
The Aura Audit provides personalized digital content immediately following a successful purchase. Because the content is delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once access is provided.
Effective October 13, 2026
When a refund may be considered
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A billing error occurred.
- A technical problem prevented access to the content you purchased, and it cannot reasonably be resolved.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
How to ask
Email collabwithkristakat@gmail.com with your purchase details — the email used at checkout, the date and the amount. We will look at the payment with our payment provider and reply to you at that email address.
What a refund does
A refund returns the payment for the complete reading and ends the premium access that came with it. Your free results remain yours.
This is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop.
If our payment provider notifies us of the same refund more than once, it is handled once.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
