Who we are

The Aura Audit is a digital self-discovery experience operated by KOVA Brands LLC. For any question about this policy, or to make a privacy request, email collabwithkristakat@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your assessment answers — the fifteen scenarios you respond to — and the results calculated from them: your Aura Score, your six dimension scores, your archetype and the personalized reading written for you.
• Account details: the email address you register with. A purchased reading is tied to the account that bought it.
• Purchase records: the email used at checkout, the date, the amount and currency, and the payment identifiers Stripe returns to us. Your full card details never reach us — they go directly to Stripe.
• Your seven-day plan progress, and any reflections or journal entries you choose to save.
• A sign-in session in your browser, and a draft of an assessment in progress kept in your browser's local storage so you do not lose your place.

How we use it

To calculate your reading, show it to you, keep it so you can come back to it, deliver the content you bought, answer your support requests, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your assessment answers or results to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.

Your assessment data is linked to your account so your reading can be found again. It is not anonymous.

How your reading is written

Your reading is written for you by an AI language model, reached through Base44's AI service (our infrastructure provider). What is sent is the material the reading is made of: the scenarios you answered and the topics you chose, the scores and bands calculated from them, your archetype, your hidden strength and your seven-day plan. Your name, email address, account identifier and payment details are never sent.

The model writes the words only. Every score, every band, your archetype and your hidden strength are calculated by the application from your answers, are given to the model as fixed facts, and cannot be changed by it. What it writes back is checked against those facts before you see it, and if it cannot be used, a reading assembled from your own results stands in its place.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The card details you enter at checkout go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment and the limited purchase details needed to grant access, handle refunds and keep records.

Hosting and infrastructure

The Aura Audit runs on Base44, which provides the application hosting, database, backend and sign-in. Base44 processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.

Cookies and browser storage

Only what the app needs: a sign-in session, and a local draft of an assessment in progress. We have not enabled advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or advertising analytics. If basic product analytics are enabled later, this policy will be updated before they are used.

How long we keep it

Your assessment, reading and plan are kept while your account is open, so they stay yours to return to.

When you ask us to delete your data, we remove those records. We keep purchase records for as long as tax, accounting and dispute obligations require. Deletion is not automatic.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email collabwithkristakat@gmail.com. To protect your reading, we may ask you to confirm that you control the account or the email used for the purchase before we act.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing, or to complain to your local data protection authority.

When we share data

We share data only with the providers that run the service (Stripe for payments and Base44 for hosting and infrastructure), where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

Age

The Aura Audit is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date below changes with it.
